Employment Information
Advanced Patient Care: Manage mechanical ventilators, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), vasoactive titrations, and advanced hemodynamics.
Clinical Leadership: Serve as Charge Nurse, delegate shift tasks, and triage rapid deteriorations or code blue events.
Mentorship & Quality: Train junior nursing staff, conduct clinical audits, and drive compliance with safety and infection control standards.
Interdisciplinary Coordination: Partner with intensivists, physicians, and specialists to execute and adapt care plans in real-time.
